Project Sales Manager

About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Project Lead to join our team in the sales regions of Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Thuringia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales projects from initial contact to contract conclusion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Promote our products and brand to key decision-makers in the project business, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Provide proactive project support and monitoring, identifying and mitigating potential risks and opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies and drive growth.
- Prepare and conduct customer visits, presentations, and represent VELUX at events, showcasing our expertise and building strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal departments and sales managers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training or business studies, with a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and project management.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in project management and business development.
- Curiosity and creativity, with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point, with the ability to analyze data and create compelling presentations.
- Fluency in German, with good English skills desirable.
