About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager - China, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the automotive market in China. Your primary objective will be to identify and acquire new customers, strategically positioning IAV's service portfolio and building strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and marketing experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of the Chinese market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
