Senior Sales Support Specialist

State Street's Relationship Management/Sales Enablement division is on the lookout for a Sales Support Specialist. This position offers the opportunity to engage in the formulation of strategies for prospective and existing clients, assist in structuring deals, create presentations, and support revenue-generating activities.
This role supports a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance remote work and office presence according to your needs and the requirements of the position.

What you will be accountable for
As a Sales Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and customizing professional sales materials, including general and tailored client solution presentations, case studies, and analyses of sector-specific themes and insights. Assisting in deal structuring by preparing documentation for internal deal approvals. Engaging in deal analysis, including post-mortem reviews aimed at identifying improvement opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle. Supporting ad-hoc initiatives and projects related to sales and coverage, including acting as a contact for client administration regarding contracts and fee schedules, aiding account plans, coordinating and preparing client meetings, and completing intake forms. Managing basic project tasks for prospective client RFPs, Due Diligence requests (DDQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and similar inquiries. Resolving other ad-hoc queries to provide support. Delivering relevant management information as needed to aid business unit decision-making. Promoting a culture of 'Risk Excellence' within the organization. Following delegation limits and escalation procedures as required by your manager to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.What we value

Proven abilities in presentation design with a keen eye for aesthetics. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and execution. High integrity and trustworthiness with confidential information. Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrates ownership and initiative. Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently. Interest in building an internal network and effectively communicating across various countries and divisions within State Street at different management levels.Education & Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of professional experience post-undergraduate. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English and German. Experience in project management. Strong understanding and proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge in sectors such as Sovereign Wealth Funds, Central Banks, Official Institutions, Insurance, Asset Management, Asset Ownership, and Alternatives will be advantageous.Are you the right candidate?
