We are in search of a Senior Technical Product Owner to oversee a dedicated group of developers on our innovative projects.
In this crucial position, you will act as a liaison between our experienced engineers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, addressing technical inquiries, and removing barriers to ensure smooth and high-quality product delivery.
You will join a team that values supportive and constructive communication, fostering a respectful atmosphere for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring efficient operations and clarity on technical matters.
- Engaging in extensive collaboration within the team and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders and client teams.
- Actively contributing to decision-making processes within project parameters, promoting a sense of ownership and initiative.
- Championing adherence to agile methodologies tailored to our unique project requirements.
- A genuine enthusiasm for developing exceptional software with talented individuals.
- A solid grounding in fundamental software development principles and application architecture.
- A comprehensive understanding of JavaScript, HTTP, and other pertinent web protocols.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, with adaptability to their practical application.
- Outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to interact effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
- A degree of physical presence near our meeting locations for regular team interactions.
