Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead our software development projects and drive innovation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading one or more software development projects in collaboration with our Tech Leads, taking ownership of the entire project cycle from planning to completion.
  • Gathering requirements, developing concepts, and translating them into applications that meet user needs in close coordination with our clients.
  • Leveraging our proven Sidestream processes across all project phases and utilizing the expertise of our internal specialists to efficiently manage projects.
  • Leading teams of 2-5 software developers and ensuring project goals and quality standards are met.
  • Creating and maintaining tasks on GitHub, conducting functional reviews, and delving deep into technical aspects such as mastering the command line.
  • Mentoring junior developers, conducting feedback sessions, and supporting their development.
Requirements
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role, e.g., in a software development agency or digital consultancy.
  • Hands-on, organized, and strong communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of software products.
  • Optional: Previous experience as a software developer.
  • Very good German and English skills to communicate effectively with our entire team.
