About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Paymenttools. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Data Management: Prepare and provide EFT transaction data for in-store and eCommerce merchants.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of the roadmap.
  • Product Release Planning: Coordinate and plan product releases, set milestones, and manage products using KPIs.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to refine the product roadmap and make informed decisions.
  • Customer Delivery: Work closely with the Go-To-Market team to deliver innovative products to customers and facilitate the work of support staff and operational professionals.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven company or SaaS startup.
  • Industry Background: Background in payment, fintech, or banking industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in agile methods and technical project management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams.
  • API Integration: Experience in API integration and transaction processing.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
