We are seeking a motivated student to engage in a significant project focused on cost optimization within the realm of industrial cooling towers. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of contemporary cooling tower designs, focusing on both investment and operational costs.
  • Examine the cooling tower market and compile a comprehensive catalog of available solutions, including open and closed circuit options, as well as hybrid designs.
  • Develop a systematic guideline to evaluate the cost implications of different designs on both investment and operational expenditures.
  • Create a strategic workflow to inform future cooling water procurement strategies, emphasizing technology and value engineering across all Linde facilities.
Candidate Profile
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
  • Demonstrates independence in work and a keen interest in exploring interdisciplinary connections.
  • Enjoys collaborative problem-solving and has a passion for innovative thinking.
  • Fluent communication skills in English or German are essential.
