(Senior) Manager in Global Mobility Solutions - Taxation (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
Are you solution-oriented and ready to tackle new challenges? Here’s how you can contribute:

  • Independently manage national and international clients on all taxation-related inquiries from a corporate/employer perspective in both domestic and international contexts.
  • Assist and guide clients in preparation for and during tax audits.
  • Coordinate the clarification of issues and their tax treatment with the tax authorities.
  • Draft correction letters and support clients in the context of tax declaration matters.
  • Oversee process evaluation and optimization to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Provide conceptual support from a tax perspective regarding employee benefits and compensation optimization.

Your Profile

  • To excel as a (Senior) Manager in Global Mobility Solutions - Taxation (m/f/d), you should possess a background in financial administration (Diplom-Finanzwirt FH) or a well-rounded degree in business or law.
  • Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in a tax department of an internationally operating industrial or consulting firm, with extensive knowledge in taxation, including experience with tax audits, and have successfully completed the tax advisor examination.
  • You demonstrate a high level of initiative and responsibility, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, particularly in client interactions, along with flexibility, openness, and thoroughness.
  • You have the capability to present complex issues clearly and appropriately for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in common MS Office applications (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of IDEA are desirable.
  • Fluent English language skills complete your qualifications.
