About the Role
We're seeking a talented Global Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing our comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to increase our internal hiring capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent in the energy sector.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to ensure alignment between talent acquisition strategies and processes.
- Optimize the recruitment process to improve efficiency, outcome, and candidate experience.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and provide insights for strategic planning and talent acquisition concepts.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions by creating strategies to attract potential candidates.
- Implement data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Support the integration of technology to enhance strategic talent acquisition efforts.
- Ensure cultural alignment by developing talent acquisition strategies that reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Provide enablement training for HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to improve efficiency and quality in the recruiting process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing, conceptual, and operational work.
- Understanding of strategic planning and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and talent market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with talent acquisition technologies and data analytics.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
