Product Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Manager to join our team at Trade Republic. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of scalable processes that support our products and fuel our rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Advising on and facilitating the implementation of scalable processes that support our products, empower the organization, and fuel Trade Republic's growth
- Developing process automation to enhance cross-functional collaboration
- Working in cross-functional teams and engaging with internal stakeholders from various departments including Product/Engineering, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Customer Service
- Driving strategic decisions by independently gathering, preparing, and analyzing information on internal and external processes, managing projects crucial for Trade Republic's growth
- Enhancing your data analysis, project management, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- You have graduated from a prestigious university with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Management/Finance/Computer Science
- We suggest having 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (high-growth startup, leading consulting firm, or investment bank)
- You are proficient in English, both written and spoken
- You possess superb attention to detail and enjoy working with data to support your decisions
- You can break down complex problems into smaller ones, draw clear conclusions, and devise efficient action plans
- You create guidelines and standard operating procedures for all business processes
- You grasp business requirements for internal processes, define and implement the necessary infrastructure for automation
- You always prioritize the user experience
- You have excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- You stay composed under pressure and confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels
- You are naturally curious, highly motivated, and dedicated to making a difference
- You are results-oriented and consistently focus on achieving goals
