Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Operations Analyst (all genders) to become a vital part of our Logistics Product Operations team as we strive to consistently provide exceptional experiences.

This team serves as a crucial link between our global product and technology divisions and local teams worldwide. In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate, learn, and play a significant role in refining our global logistics offerings into effective solutions tailored for our local markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for monitoring key business metrics, product performance, and usage across various regions globally.
  • You will engage with and assist our operational stakeholders.
  • You will proactively identify opportunities for enhancement, supported by data, and demonstrate innovation in pursuing optimal solutions while executing them thoughtfully and promptly.
  • You will facilitate the introduction of new products and features in your designated region, aimed at enhancing user experience, business outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • You will deliver regular performance reports, insights, and presentations to management.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in data interpretation within an analytics or data science capacity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, science, economics, or another analytical discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Data Studio.
  • A proven history of improving business operations and optimizing performance through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making, including experience in performance management, process enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • A genuine passion for data, coupled with creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to think innovatively.
  • Self-motivated, communicative, and pragmatic in addressing business challenges.
  • A strong sense of curiosity and a readiness to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in the last mile sector in an analytics, operations, or product capacity is advantageous.
