This team serves as a crucial link between our global product and technology divisions and local teams worldwide. In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate, learn, and contribute to the development of our global logistics products, transforming them into effective solutions tailored for our local markets.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of key business metrics, product performance, and usage across various global regions.
- Engage with and support our operational stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for enhancement, supported by data, and demonstrate innovation in finding optimal solutions while executing them thoughtfully and promptly.
- Assist in the deployment of new products and features in your region, aimed at enhancing user experience, business outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Deliver regular performance reports, insights, and presentations to management.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data interpretation within an analytics or data science capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, science, economics, or a related analytical field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Data Studio.
- Demonstrated success in improving business operations and optimizing performance through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making, including experience in performance management and process optimization.
- A genuine passion for data, coupled with creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset with a penchant for innovative thinking.
- Self-motivated, communicative, and pragmatic in addressing business challenges.
- Curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in the last mile industry in an analytics, operations, or product role is advantageous.
