Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled (Senior) Product Operations Analyst to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional experiences.

Our Logistics Product Operations team is dedicated to realizing Delivery Hero's vision of consistently delivering outstanding service by transforming global Logistics products into effective solutions that cater to our local entities and ecosystems, while fostering a sustainable business model. Our Logistics ecosystem revolves around three primary users: Customers who place delivery orders, Vendors who prepare and accept these orders, and Riders who ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for monitoring key business metrics, product performance, and usage across various global regions.
  • You will engage with and provide support to our operational stakeholders.
  • You will proactively identify opportunities for enhancement, supported by data, and demonstrate innovation in pursuing optimal solutions while executing tasks in a timely and thoughtful manner.
  • You will assist in the deployment of new products and features in your designated region, aimed at enhancing user experience, business outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • You will deliver regular performance reports, insights, and presentations to management.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in data interpretation within an analytics or data science capacity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, science, economics, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Proficient in SQL and familiar with reporting tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
  • Strong skills in exploratory data analysis.
  • A deep passion for data, coupled with creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated, communicative, independent, and pragmatic in addressing business challenges.
  • A strong sense of curiosity and a willingness to challenge existing norms.
  • Previous experience in the last-mile delivery sector in analytics, operations, or product management is a significant advantage.
