Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Diabetes Specialist (m/w/x) to join our team at Medicover GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive diabetes treatment plan, providing education and support to patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of diabetes management principles and best practices
- Provide individualized education and support to patients with diabetes, including insulin pump management, glucose monitoring, and lifestyle counseling
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate patients and healthcare professionals on diabetes management and prevention
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in diabetes care and incorporate this knowledge into practice
- Diabetes Specialist (m/w/x) certification and a passion for working with patients
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the organization
