Diabetes Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diabetes Care Specialist to join our team at Medicover GmbH.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive diabetes treatment plan
• Provide diabetes education and counseling to patients in various life situations
• Manage patients with insulin pumps, FGM, and CGM
• Organize specialized training and treatment programs, including DMP consultations

• Must be a certified Diabetes Educator (DDG) with excellent patient communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings and afternoons
