Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.


Your Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing quick and friendly replies to emails and phone calls.
  • Process replacement orders/refunds, addressing customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze customer reviews on various channels, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to coordinate orders, stock levels, and deliveries.

Your Profile
  • You are fluent in English, Danish, and Swedish, with excellent communication skills.
  • You are a strong team player with a solution-driven mindset, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are proactive and take initiative, always aiming for top-quality results.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and positive atmosphere with clients and colleagues alike.
