Trade & Customs Manager (w/m/d) - Global Trade Expert

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Trade & Customs Manager, der mit uns die globalen Handelsströme navigieren möchte.
Ihr neuer Einflussbereich- Prozess-Perfektionierer: Sie analysieren und optimieren kontinuierlich alle zoll- und außenwirtschaftsrelevanten Prozesse sowie deren Implementierung innerhalb der Organisation.
- Compliance-Wächter: Sie überwachen ständig die zollrechtlichen Änderungen und optimieren Zollprozesse zur Risikoreduktion unter Berücksichtigung lokaler Spezifikationen.
- Lösungsarchitekt: Sie klären lösungsorientiert übergreifende Zoll- und Außenhandelsfragen und entwickeln ein internes Kommunikationsprogramm zur Einhaltung von Zoll- und Exportkontrollvorgaben.
- Digitalisierungs-Stratege: Sie leiten und arbeiten in SAP-Projekten zur Prozessimplementierung von Zollthemen und bei der Digitalisierung von Prozessen in den Landesgesellschaften.
- Wissensvermittler: Sie erstellen Prozessrichtlinien, Handbücher und Dokumentationen in Übereinstimmung mit den lokalen Vorschriften und führen entsprechende Trainings durch.
- Netzwerker: Als Ansprechpartner für Schnittstellenabteilungen sowie Tochtergesellschaften im In- und Ausland betreuen Sie Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsprüfungen.
- Wissen ist Macht: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Erfahrung als Erfolgsfaktor: Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zoll, Logistik oder Außenhandel und tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in Zoll- und Exportkontrollvorschriften.
- Technologie-Experte: Sehr gute Anwender-Kenntnisse von MS-Office (insb. Excel) und SAP ERP/WMS sowie SAP GTS.
- Gemeinsam Großes schaffen: Sie verfügen über die Fähigkeit, komplexe Konzepte zu erläutern und arbeiten effektiv im Team.
- Unterwegs mit Wilo: Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen, um unsere globalen Prozesse vor Ort zu unterstützen.
