Die Funk Vorsorgeberatung GmbH, ein Teil der Funk Gruppe, ist spezialisiert auf Unternehmensberatung im Bereich Compensation und Employee Benefits. Wir unterstützen nationale und internationale Unternehmen bei der Implementierung sowie der Verwaltung ihrer betrieblichen Vorsorgeleistungen.

Für unseren Bereich Rechtliche Angelegenheiten suchen wir eine/n Syndikusrechtsanwalt (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf Arbeitsrecht.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Als erfahrene/r Berater/in sind Sie für die Betreuung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen verantwortlich, sowohl persönlich als auch digital und telefonisch – Ihre Expertise sorgt für langfristige Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Sie bringen Ihre Fachkenntnisse in steuerlichen, arbeitsrechtlichen, sozialversicherungsrechtlichen sowie versicherungsspezifischen Fragestellungen ein, um die Versorgungssysteme unserer Kunden zu optimieren.
  • Mit Ihrer ausgeprägten Vertriebsorientierung identifizieren Sie aktiv neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und fördern die Akquise neuer Vorsorge- und Cross-Selling-Kunden.
  • Sie tragen zur Verbesserung der Prozessabläufe unserer Kunden bei, stärken die Kundenbeziehungen und sind ein entscheidender Faktor für unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die umfassende Umsetzung neuer arbeitgeber- und arbeitnehmerfinanzierter Versorgungswerke im Rahmen der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge (bAV) sowie der betrieblichen Krankenversicherung (bKV) und Arbeitszeitkontensysteme.
  • Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen, Konzepte und Stellungnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Versorgungssysteme.
  • In Ihrer Rolle als Berater/in übernehmen Sie auch die Standortleitung für den Bereich Consulting und tragen aktiv zur Unternehmensentwicklung bei.
Ihr Profil
  • Sie verfügen über eine fundierte kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Recht oder Sozialwissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Vorsorge.
  • Mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich der betrieblichen Vorsorge haben Sie ein solides Fachwissen aufgebaut und sind mit der Versicherer- und Produktlandschaft im Vorsorgemarkt vertraut.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung sowie Kenntnisse im Steuer-, Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Bilanzrecht sind von Vorteil und können gewinnbringend in Ihrem Tagesgeschäft eingesetzt werden.
  • Ihre Vertriebsstärke sowie Ihre strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise unterstützen Sie effektiv in der Kundenbetreuung.
  • Sie beherrschen die englische Sprache sicher und sind ein digital affiner Teamplayer mit Interesse an der Nutzung neuer Systeme und Prozesse.
