Job Overview

As a Business Transformation Manager, you will leverage your expertise to guide clients through every stage of their projects. This includes:

  • Vision Development: Collaborating with clients to define their initial vision and translating broad challenges into a detailed roadmap for transformation.
  • Strategic Development: Crafting business strategies that consider customer needs, organizational dynamics, and technological advancements.
  • Team Leadership: Leading interdisciplinary teams in large-scale pitches and consulting projects, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
  • Thought Leadership: Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in business transformation, demonstrating both enthusiasm and professional confidence.
  • Service Development: Working alongside a team of seasoned strategy consultants to enhance our business consulting offerings.
  • Holistic Advisory: Providing comprehensive advice on sales, marketing, and communication strategies, while integrating organizational factors and business management insights.
  • Strategic Communication: Maintaining a broad perspective on communication strategies and understanding the strategic positioning of brands and organizations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic consulting role within a professional services firm, industry, startup, or reputable consultancy.
  • A degree in economics, business informatics, computer science, or a related field; advanced degrees such as a Ph.D. or MBA are advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasive skills, with a confident presence at the executive level.
  • Strong foundation in strategy development, supported by practical experience with consulting methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset combined with the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in leading national and/or international digital transformation projects.
  • Passion for topics such as organizational development, change management, innovation management, and process optimization.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Proficient in English (business fluent) and German.
  • Aptitude for presenting ideas developed within the team to clients, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and sound business acumen.
