Job Overview

As a Consultant specializing in Organizational Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in steering clients through comprehensive business change initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from defining the strategic vision to converting intricate challenges into actionable plans and solutions, ultimately achieving successful organizational change. In your capacity as a lead consultant, you will formulate business strategies that take into account customer needs, technological advancements, and the effects on organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sustainable Organizational Structures: Design and implement frameworks that promote customer focus and foster innovation, ensuring the enduring success of our clients.
  • Business Process Management: Evaluate, identify, and redesign operational processes to enhance efficiency, leveraging your expertise in process automation and artificial intelligence.
  • Operating Model Development: Establish and execute the components of operating models that align with the strategic objectives and vision of organizations, including suitable governance frameworks.
  • Expertise in Change Management: Provide guidance to executive leadership and develop effective change management strategies and programs. Create and implement training and communication plans for these initiatives.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Lead the adjustment of strategies in response to evolving business environments, identifying practical and effective solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business or a related field; advanced degrees such as a Ph.D. or MBA are preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in strategic consulting within professional services, industry, or prestigious consulting firms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly at the executive level.
  • Strong proficiency in strategy formulation and practical consulting techniques.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • A creative thinker with a track record of navigating uncharted territories.
  • Experience in innovation management, digital business models, and multi-channel strategies.
  • A strong sense of ownership demonstrated through leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is highly desirable, with French being an advantage.
