Job Overview

As a Business Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through every stage of their transformation journey. Your expertise will be essential in:

  • Consultative Leadership: Engaging with clients to define their vision and translating broad challenges into actionable roadmaps and transformation programs.
  • Strategic Development: Crafting business strategies that encompass customer, organizational, and technological perspectives, while delivering tailored recommendations based on comprehensive analyses.
  • Team Leadership: Leading interdisciplinary teams in large-scale pitches and consulting projects, ensuring a positive and impactful experience for our clients.
  • Thought Leadership: Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in business transformation, bringing confidence and insight to every engagement.
  • Service Development: Collaborating with a team of seasoned strategy consultants to enhance our business consulting offerings.
  • Holistic Advisory: Providing comprehensive guidance on sales, marketing, and communication strategies, integrating organizational factors and business management.
  • Strategic Communication: Utilizing your understanding of communication strategies to effectively position companies, brands, and individuals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic consulting role within a professional services firm, industry, or a reputable consultancy.
  • A degree in economics, business informatics, computer science, or a related field; advanced degrees such as a Ph.D. or MBA are advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with a confident presence at the executive level.
  • In-depth knowledge of strategy formulation, supported by practical experience in consulting methodologies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities paired with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in leading national and/or international digital transformation projects.
  • A genuine interest in topics such as organizational development, change management, innovation, business models, and process optimization.
  • A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Proficient in English (business fluent) and German.
  • A passion for presenting ideas developed collaboratively to clients, with a strong business acumen.
