Responsibilities
We are looking for your assistance in the realms of Business Development, Sales, and Project Management, where teamwork is key. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and coordinating industry-specific events and demand generation activities alongside our seasoned Industry Advisors
- Developing industry-relevant documents and presentations informed by market analysis and research
- Assisting with Social Media initiatives – from crafting posts to video editing: Your innovative ideas are particularly welcome to enhance visibility
- Preparing customer workshops, with opportunities to present topics independently
- Facilitating collaboration among various SAP organizational units such as Sales, Customer Advisory, and Marketing
- Establishing and managing internal communication platforms like SharePoint or MS Teams
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Ideally pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or Business Computing
- Proficient in MS Office; experience in video editing is a plus
- Interest and familiarity with Social Media platforms are advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear narratives
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, proactive, team-oriented, and service-focused
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, as you will collaborate with an international team across various countries
- Proficiency in German is preferred, given the collaboration with many German colleagues

Team Overview
The regional Industry Advisory team in Middle & Eastern Europe (MEE) is tasked with driving SAP's growth in the region by generating demand through targeted industry marketing initiatives, representing SAP at industry events, and supporting sales teams in customer engagements.
As part of the MEE region, you will collaborate with international colleagues. Additionally, SAP's global presence allows you to gain insights from colleagues across all continents.
