Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Architect to become a vital member of our Systems Engineering division. This individual will leverage their expertise to enhance, develop, and streamline our operations. Bring your technical skills and positive mindset to our dynamic and driven team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a motivated team focused on achieving ambitious objectives related to problem-solving and automation.
  • Adopt our principle of customer-centricity to design processes and automations aimed at improving the experience of our employees.
  • Utilize a growth-oriented approach to investigate new technical and personal development opportunities.
  • Contribute your expertise to establish new procedures and efficiencies, enabling the team to thrive collectively.
  • Act as a leader in Release & Deployment, Incident, and Change management.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.
Qualifications for Success

  • Possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in the IT sector.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing JAMF and Intune environments.
  • Extensive experience in network administration.
  • Strong understanding of API functionality and the ability to implement and maintain scripts for syncing various SaaS tools via API (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Proficient coding skills and a solid grasp of API interactions are essential.
  • Experience in a SaaS-based corporate environment (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian).
  • Familiarity with automation and workflow processes across diverse systems.
  • Lead the transition from outdated technologies to modern standards.
  • Support the deployment of software, systems, and services.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT service delivery, infrastructure, application support, security, and business objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across various departments.
  • Experience in building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for project work.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for the IT Services team.
  • Ability to work independently with team members across different time zones.
  • ITIL certification is advantageous.
