About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced systems architect to become a vital part of our IT Systems Engineering team. This individual will leverage their expertise to enhance, develop, and optimize our operations. Bring your technical skills and positive attitude to this dynamic and ambitious team.

  • Act as a champion for Release & Deployment, Incident, and Change management.
  • Minimal travel may be required.

What you need to be successful

  • Embrace our core values of humility, customer focus, a growth mindset, and collaboration.
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT.
  • Proven experience managing a JAMF and Intune environment.
  • Extensive experience in network management.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and the ability to implement and maintain scripts for syncing between various SaaS tools (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Proficient coding skills and a solid grasp of working with APIs.
  • Experience in a SaaS-based corporate infrastructure (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian).
  • Familiarity with automations and workflows across different systems.
  • Provide leadership in transitioning legacy technology to modern standards.
  • Lead and support the implementation of software, systems, and services.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT service delivery, infrastructure, application support, security, and business strategies.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to foster partnerships across departments.
  • Experience in building collaboration and rapport with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a passion for project work, along with the flexibility required for this role.
  • Serve as an escalation point for the IT-Services team.
  • Ability to work independently with team members across different time zones.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
