Your mission
Utilize your procurement experience to develop cost reduction strategies and optimize commodity groups.Plan, coordinate, and implement workstreams and activities within your area of responsibility.Develop effective cost reduction measures and commodity group optimization plans (Value Creation Plan) for the purchasing department through potential analyses, tender preparation, and application of purchasing levers.Support the development of our consultants on projects.Coach clients and consultants, lead discussions and workshops, and actively share your expertise.Your profile
A completed master's degree from a recognized university.At least 4 years of professional experience in procurement within an international, market-leading company, ideally with project experience.A deep understanding of procurement, including commodity group management, strategy, material cost reduction, negotiations, and supplier engagement.Strong analytical skills, experience with potential assessments, and familiarity with SAP data.Expert knowledge in one or more product groups such as electrical components, mechanical parts, or raw materials, or in several indirect commodity groups.Experience in leading workshops and managing various procurement activities.Fluency in German and English.Analytical and structured thinking, combined with strong interpersonal skills.A proactive approach with a hands-on mentality.What do we offer you?
