About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Shipping Account Manager to join our team at Berenberg, a leading European private bank with over 430 years of experience. As a Shipping Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for corporate shipping clients in Greece and Western Europe, while maintaining direct daily contact with clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for corporate shipping clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and financial products.
- Monitor and analyze client activity, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in corporate banking and/or the shipping industry. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
