Shipping Account Manager

Your Responsibilities:

As a key member of our shipping team, you will be responsible for the onboarding process of corporate shipping clients in Greece and Western Europe, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day business operations, including account management, international payments, and financial product management.
  • Coordinating with the shipping team to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Your Profile:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in corporate banking and/or the shipping industry.

Key qualifications include:

  • Successful completion of an apprenticeship scheme or relevant work experience in corporate banking and/or the shipping industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
