About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Shipping Account Manager to join our team at Berenberg, a leading European private bank with over 430 years of experience. As a Shipping Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for corporate shipping clients in Greece and Western Europe, while maintaining direct daily contact with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for corporate shipping clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in corporate banking and/or the shipping industry. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
