Your Mission

We are Intershop, a pioneer in digital commerce, and we're looking for a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Generate, qualify, and support leads to drive sales growth
  • Identify decision-makers, build customer relationships, and support prospects
  • Implement lead generation campaigns and report on CRM system performance
  • Develop content to address customer needs and support key account managers
  • Work closely with our international sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in software or technology
  • Confident in using sales methods like BANT and CRM systems like HubSpot
  • Strong service orientation, empathy, and communication skills
  • High degree of self-organization and strong teamwork skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with French an advantage
