Als Sales Representative im Bereich Pet Specialy Retail bei Royal Canin sind Sie für die Betreuung und Entwicklung des stationären Kundenstammes der Royal Canin Fachhandelspartner in Ost-Deutschland zuständig, sowie für die Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategie im Markt, insbesondere unserer Distributions- sowie Markenstrategie.

Sales Representative Pet Specialty Retail (m/w/d)

Gebiet: Brandenburg und Sachsen

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Betreuung der stationären Märkte in den Kanälen spezialisierter Tierfachhandel, Baumärkte, Landhandel und Gartencenter
  • Umsetzung der Royal Canin Vertriebsziele in den Märkten unserer Handelskunden
  • Vorstellung und Distribution von Produktneuheiten sowie Verkauf von Aktionen und Zweitplatzierungen sowie Auftragsgenerierung zur Schließung von Regallücken
  • Pflege des Royal Canin Produktregals anhand vorgegebener Schlichtpläne (Schließung von Produktlücken, Anbringung und Nachbestückung von Merchandising-Material, Optimierung des distribuierten Portfolios, Durchführung von Regalumbauten und Umschichtung von Produkten)
  • Durchführung von Regalschulungen zu optimalen Regal- und Ladenpräsentationen sowie aktive Wissensvermittlung zum Fachhandels-Produktportfolio von Royal Canin
  • Umsetzung und Nachhaltung von Key Account Vereinbarungen, aber auch Durchführung und Abschluss von eigenen lokalen Vertragsverhandlungen unter dem Gesichtspunkt des "Leistung und Gegenleistung"-Prinzips
  • Aufbau und Pflege von engen Kundenbeziehungen zu unseren Bestandskunden und Stärkung des Netzwerkes


Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder Ausbildung in der Tiermedizin
  • Erfahrung im Einzelhandel ist wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Heimtierbranche Eigenmotivation, Überzeugungskraft sowie ein offenes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Office (insb. Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams) sowie Erfahrungen im Umgang mit CRM-Plattformen (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
  • Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins
