Become a pivotal member of our team as a Senior People Business Partner (m/f/d) within the People & Relations division, contributing to a meaningful journey.

Our People & Relations division is a diverse group of experts based in various locations, dedicated to supporting the organization through three primary areas: Recruitment, Operations, and Business Partnering. We strive for exceptional service, scalable solutions, and a positive workplace culture.

Your Responsibilities

  • Take charge as a specialist in essential HR functions such as learning and development, career advancement, and more to bolster the organization's HR capabilities.
  • Execute initiatives and solutions in your assigned domain, working closely with management to address organizational requirements.
  • Serve as a strategic collaborator, offering concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Comprehend business demands in areas such as organizational structure, workforce planning, and skills assessment.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, facilitating processes that drive organizational transformation.

Qualifications for Success

  • Background in HR with pertinent professional experience.
  • Ability to assume various roles, including mentor, advisor, and coach.
  • Skilled in aligning personnel objectives with business goals.
