Über die Position

Wir suchen einen Junior Accounting Manager, der Teil unseres Beratungsteams wird und sich auf die Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Optimierung ihrer Finanzprozesse spezialisiert.

Verantwortungsbereich
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Beratungsprojekten im Bereich Accounting und Finance
  • Interimsmanagement: Umsetzung von Projektaufgaben durch Interimsmandate als Accountant oder Finance Manager
  • Tools: Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung und Implementierung von best-in-class Accounting und Finance Tools
  • Prozesse: Aufsetzen von schlanken und Best Practice Prozessen in Finance und administrativen Bereichen, z.B. Automatisierungen und Digitalisierungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen, vorbereitender Buchhaltung, Monatsabschlüssen und weiteren buchhalterischen Sachverhalten bei Kundenunternehmen
  • Ausbau der unternehmensinternen Dokumentation

Wir suchen nach motivierten und engagierten Profilen mit den verschiedensten Hintergründen. Wir erwarten nicht, dass du schon alle Skills perfekt kannst. Was du noch nicht weißt, bringen wir Dir bei.

  • Du bringst eine hohe Zahlenaffinität mit
  • Du hast Lust auf abwechslungsreiche projektbezogene Arbeit oder vielleicht schon erste Erfahrungen gesammelt
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder bringst praktische Erfahrung im operativen Geschäft mit. Ein abgeschlossenes Studium ist kein Muss
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit dem Accounting-Bereich sind von Vorteil
  • Du bist fit mit Excel und/oder Google Sheets
  • Du hast sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch (ca. C1) und gute in Englisch (ca. B1)
  • Themenbereiche, die Dir bei uns außerdem begegnen können:
    • Prozessautomatisierung
    • Digitalisierung
    • Einführung von Finance- und Accountingtools
    • Bearbeitung von Accountingbelegen in Vorerfassungssystemen, wie z.B. DATEV Unternehmen Online, Spendesk, MOSS oder Finway
    • Backoffice Tätigkeiten
