Your Contributions
- You will oversee the annual IT audit process, collaborating with both internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with pertinent regulatory standards, industry benchmarks, and internal protocols.
- Your role will involve identifying, evaluating, and managing IT-related risks, as well as formulating and executing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization’s information assets.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for the development, review, and updating of IT policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring effective communication and adherence throughout the organization.
- You will provide comprehensive reporting on IT Assurance status during the annual assurance cycle to IT Product Lines Management and the CIO, while also managing and resolving IT incidents to ensure appropriate response and remediation actions are executed.
- Moreover, you will champion the sustainable implementation of IT Assurance processes and tools, closely aligning with other Siemens divisions, and will design, implement, and maintain a robust IT governance framework.
Your Qualifications
- A master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- You should possess extensive experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, or similar roles.
- A proven history of managing IT governance and assurance initiatives is essential, with a preference for candidates having 3-5 years of consulting or auditing experience.
- A strong grasp of IT governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and regulatory requirements is necessary.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital to your profile.
- Fluency in both German and English is required for effective communication.
