Global Risk Management Specialist

Role Overview: The Marketplace Abuse team plays a crucial role in safeguarding our customers and brand owners globally by identifying and mitigating abuse.
As we expand, we seek leaders who are agile, innovative, and possess a relentless drive to tackle complex challenges.
The Selling Partner Abuse team is responsible for developing and enforcing policies, tools, and technological advancements aimed at customer protection.
We are in search of a Global Risk Management Specialist to oversee significant global incidents and escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program strategies that yield measurable outcomes.
- Lead teams in the investigation and resolution of high-stakes incidents related to product authenticity and safety.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, including Correction of Errors (COE) documentation.
- Assess current policies and processes to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Manage projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, utilizing data analysis and collaboration with external teams.
- Monitor global events and media to proactively address potential risks, employing data to forecast and resolve issues before they arise.
- Exercise sound judgment in making complex enforcement decisions.

Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, or risk prevention.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in handling confidential information.
- Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data to drive enhancements.
- Professional auditing qualifications or similar credentials in risk or compliance.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in research and investigative skills or related experience.
