Position Overview

Role Summary

EPAM is seeking a Cloud Partner Sales Executive to enhance our expanding sales division. This role is pivotal in generating revenue associated with our cloud services by collaborating closely with our internal Cloud Consulting, Marketing, Alliances, and Delivery teams, alongside the cloud provider.

Success in this position hinges on your ability to foster relationships and exert influence, as you will play a crucial role in identifying and initiating Cloud project opportunities through various strategies: conducting independent research; engaging in collaborative planning with EPAM and Cloud Vendor Account Managers in existing client accounts; working alongside the Cloud Vendor Partner and Vertical Managers; developing joint propositions with EPAM Cloud Consultants; and actively pursuing prospects.

Your responsibilities will involve being a skilled originator and coordinator, orchestrating meetings and follow-up actions that unite diverse stakeholders—prospects, clients, account managers, strategists, consultants, technologists, and delivery specialists from both EPAM and the Cloud Vendor—into cohesive, multi-disciplinary teams that deliver optimal solutions for our clients.

You should possess an outgoing personality, be self-motivated, and have the drive to independently cultivate your own pipeline through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Secure cloud business for EPAM with both new and existing clients. Lead all cloud-related sales and marketing initiatives within your region while collaborating across regions to share insights. Oversee the creation of business value propositions, sales strategies, RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, acting as a liaison to Business Units, sales teams, partners, and executive leadership. Collaborate with the cloud vendor to pinpoint opportunities and establish joint target accounts. Coordinate with EPAM and partner teams regarding collaborative opportunities, including pipeline and forecast assessments. Promote EPAM's capabilities and success stories within the Cloud Vendor organization to encourage partner-based lead referrals. Work alongside the designated partner manager to identify, prepare, and present product messaging that showcases EPAM's value proposition as a trusted systems integrator. Drive collaborative marketing efforts with marketing teams. Gradually evolve into the internal trusted advisor on cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/AZURE), ensuring effective product management and access to early release programs and product roadmaps. Occasionally organize introductory training sessions and supplementary materials (e.g., overview presentations and hands-on exercises) to demonstrate platform-specific features and functionalities.

Qualifications

Two to three years of relevant experience across all stages of the sales lifecycle: Origination—understanding EPAM's value proposition, researching and selecting prospects, and engaging them through proactive outreach; Orchestration—assembling the right experts to identify and evaluate opportunities, then crafting, pitching, and submitting the corresponding solution proposals; Legal coordination—collaborating with the Legal Department to draft and finalize necessary contracts. Proven ability in relationship and network building, with demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client and internal relationships. Familiarity with Cloud Offerings is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills across teams, with excellent verbal, written, collaborative, and interpersonal abilities. Exceptional presentation skills. High energy and the capacity to work independently. Proficiency in German at a fully fluent level is essential for this position.
