Position Overview

Role Summary

EPAM is seeking a Cloud Sales Executive to enhance our expanding sales force. In this role, you will be tasked with generating revenue associated with our cloud services by collaborating closely with our internal Cloud Consulting, Marketing, Alliances, and Delivery teams, as well as with the cloud service provider.

To excel in this position, you must leverage relationships and influence to identify and create Cloud project opportunities through various methods: conducting independent research; collaborating with EPAM and Cloud Vendor Account Managers in existing client accounts; engaging in joint planning with Cloud Vendor Partners and Vertical Managers; developing joint proposals with EPAM Cloud Consultants; and actively prospecting for new clients.

Your responsibilities will include being a skilled originator and coordinator, organizing meetings and follow-up actions that unite various stakeholders including prospects, clients, account managers, strategists, consultants, technologists, and delivery experts from both EPAM and the Cloud Vendor side.

You should be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of independently building your own pipeline through outbound initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Secure cloud business for EPAM with both new and existing clients. Lead all cloud-related sales and marketing efforts within your region while collaborating across regions to share insights. Oversee the development of business value propositions, sales strategies, RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, acting as a liaison to Business Units, sales teams, partners, and executive leadership. Collaborate with the cloud vendor to pinpoint opportunities and establish joint target accounts. Coordinate with EPAM and partner teams on joint opportunities, including pipeline and forecast assessments. Promote EPAM's capabilities and success stories within the Cloud Vendor organization to stimulate partner-based lead referrals. Work alongside the assigned partner manager to craft and deliver product messaging that showcases EPAM's value proposition as a trusted systems integrator. Drive collaborative marketing initiatives with marketing teams. Gradually evolve into the internal trusted advisor on cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/AZURE), ensuring effective product management and access to early release programs and product roadmaps. Occasionally organize introductory training sessions and supplementary materials (e.g., overview presentations and hands-on exercises) to demonstrate platform-specific features and functionalities.

Required Qualifications

Two to three years of relevant experience in all facets of the sales lifecycle: Origination, Orchestration, and Legal coordination. Proven skills in relationship and network building, with a track record of developing and maintaining client and internal relationships. Familiarity with Cloud Offerings is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills across teams, with effective verbal, written, collaborative, and interpersonal abilities. Excellent presentation skills. High energy and the ability to work autonomously. Proficiency in German at a fully fluent level is essential for this position.
