Data Center Operations Specialist

We are currently in search of a Data Center Operations Specialist.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establishing, managing, and overseeing data center infrastructure and IT systems, including cabling, racks, servers, networks, and storage solutions.
  • Implementing change and configuration management within a 24/7 operational framework.
  • Executing, supervising, and monitoring task-based processes.
  • Managing access and entry control procedures.
  • Conducting analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting of issues, escalating to the relevant IT support teams as necessary.

Your Profile

  • Completed education in IT or relevant technical training/experience in data center operations.
  • Hands-on experience with data center components, WAN/Carrier infrastructure, DWDM systems, power supply, access control systems, cabling, and hardware installations.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, DCIM systems, and documentation in English.
  • Dependable, organized, and self-sufficient worker with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Willingness to work in shifts within a 24/7 operational environment.
