Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain our central IT applications, servers, databases, and networks using specialized monitoring tools.
- Document and report any issues or disruptions to the relevant support teams using a ticket management system.
- Support access control and security measures within and outside our data centers.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues in case of disruptions or issues.
Requirements
- You hold a completed vocational training with a relevant IT focus.
- Or: You have demonstrated equivalent skills and experience in the relevant field for at least 3 years.
- Or: You are a civil servant in the middle service in the grade A 6m to A 8 BBesO.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- You have basic knowledge of servers, databases, networks, and data center infrastructure.
- You have practical experience in the IT field, preferably in a data center operation.
- You have skills in monitoring tools, ticket systems, and ITIL.
Personal Qualities
- You are a team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- You are motivated and take initiative.
- You are reliable, stress-resistant, and diligent in your work.
