OBJECTIVE
The Customer Fulfillment team plays a crucial role in managing the collaboration between Supply Chain Management (SCM) and wholesale partners. This position serves as the primary point of contact for business operations, overseeing the entire process from sales order entry to the timely delivery of products to wholesale customers.
Additionally, the team is tasked with identifying supply chain initiatives that create mutual benefits, focusing on revenue generation and cost reduction for both adidas and its customers, while ensuring alignment with other SCM functions for the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Customer Services and Sales, collaborating to understand priorities and address issues, providing solutions within SCM processes.
- Align financial targets with Controlling/Finance, Sales, and Customer Service, ensuring order book availability and conversion; facilitate discussions on capacity planning and constraints.
- Drive order book conversion by collaborating with key business areas; assess speed and availability drivers, and work with customer service to implement corrective actions to meet monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Ensure optimal stock allocation and achieve on-time and in-full delivery results for wholesale customers, supporting business financial targets and highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Analyze the factors contributing to the gap between COTIF and COTA, proactively communicating with relevant teams to enhance productivity and drive order book conversion.
- Manage service excellence across all relevant interfaces to ensure effective order book execution, issue resolution, and product availability.
- Provide transparency regarding availability, including on-time, late, and unmapped order books, while communicating issues to internal and external customers.
- Generate and distribute customer-centric KPI reports, offering business insights to stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with the management teams of wholesale customers, including Sales and Demand Planning.
- Enhance supply chain partnerships with customers to improve service and cost efficiency, implementing better supply chain solutions and agreements.
- Oversee project management to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, conducting follow-ups and reviews to quantify results.
- Gather and prioritize specific requirements from wholesale customers, collaborating with global partners to deliver optimal solutions.
- Develop a strong team through training, coaching, and career planning to ensure organizational health and sustainability.
- Ensure team members are aware of performance metrics and strive to achieve KPIs.
- Conduct biannual performance evaluations for direct reports.

Qualifications:
- College or university degree focused on supply chain management or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Customer Service within the footwear and apparel industry.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
