About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Customer Fulfillment to join our team at Adidas. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management team, you will be responsible for managing the partnership between our company and wholesale customers, ensuring seamless execution of sales orders and delivery of products on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our wholesale customers, including Sales, Customer Service, and Demand Planning teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement supply chain initiatives that drive revenue growth and cost reduction.
  • Manage and prioritize order book execution, issue resolutions, and product availability to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive order book conversion by working closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other key stakeholders to identify and address availability and efficiency topics.
  • Investigate and resolve COTIF vs COTA gaps, and proactively communicate with EOF to optimize DC productivity levels.
  • Manage and provide service excellence to all relevant interfaces to ensure order book execution, issue resolutions, and product availability.
  • Deliver transparency of availability, including on-time, late, and not-mapped orderbook, and provide business insights to internal and external customers.
  • Produce and distribute customer-centric KPI packs and provide business insights to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop strong on-going relationships with the management team of our wholesale customers.
  • Support partnership in our supply chain relationships with customers to enhance service and costs efficiency.
  • Ensure all projects are managed within specified timelines and within budget, with follow-up and post-project review with quantified results.
  • Collect, prioritize, and provide solutions to wholesale customers regarding specific requirements, working with our global partners to provide the optimum solution.
  • Develop a strong team, provide training, coaching, professional growth, and career planning to ensure organizational health and sustainability.
  • Evaluate performance of direct reports biannually.

  • Cluster Customer Service, Sales, and Finance teams.
  • Other Supply Chain Management Europe functions (Product Supply, Order Fulfillment, DC Ops, etc.).
  • Distribution Centers Europe.
  • Strategic Customers.

  • Ability to motivate and lead teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with a high degree of customer orientation.
  • Good understanding of the customer and consumer journey paired with the ability to turn ideas into action.
  • Strong analytical and process thinking.
  • Able to accept and meet deadlines, involving effective time management capacity and sense of priorities and agility.
  • Influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral).

Qualifications

  • College or university degree with a focus on supply chain management, or equivalent combination of education and related work experience in the field of Logistics, Footwear, and/or Apparel.
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Customer Service environment within the footwear and apparel industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years' management experience.
