Talent Acquisition Manager Leipzig

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Recruiting team, focusing on our operations in Leipzig.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the application process, including candidate pre-screening on a global scale, while collaborating closely with various departments.
  • Engage with applicants through email and phone communications.
  • Organize and conduct interviews effectively.
  • Facilitate Trial Days as part of our High Volume Recruiting efforts.
  • Provide support to candidates until their start date, including managing administrative internal processes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on human resources.
  • Experience in recruitment, particularly in High Volume Recruiting.
  • Strong emphasis on teamwork, self-responsibility, and reliability.
  • Excellent proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
