Human Resources Operations Intern Role at BITZER

Become a part of BITZER as a Human Resources Operations Intern and gain practical experience in essential HR functions and workflows.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support HR Business Partners with daily personnel management activities.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through to offboarding.
  • Engage in planning for both internal and external training sessions.
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling and creating presentations.
  • Participate in special HR initiatives and contribute to process enhancement suggestions.
Qualifications We Seek:
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Social Sciences, or Humanities with a concentration in HR.
  • Previous experience in HR through internships, projects, or academic coursework.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and possess strong communication abilities.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
