Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Praktikant Personalbereich to join our team at BITZER. As a Personal Assistant Intern, you will provide administrative support to our HR Business Partners in the operational personnel management department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of personnel measures from employee onboarding to offboarding
  • Support the creation of employment contracts and certificates
  • Take ownership of processing personal-related processes
  • Gain insights into personnel development by planning and organizing internal and external training programs
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and creating presentations
  • Contribute to special projects and HR initiatives, and suggest ideas for continuous process improvement

Requirements

  • Student (m/w/d) in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Humanities, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
  • First-hand experience in the HR field, ideally through studies, internships, or work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and reliable work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people
  • Good English language skills
