The position of Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d) is available in Munich.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Guarantee the quality of deliveries and proactively enhance supplier capabilities in quality planning.
- Oversee technical error resolution and assurance processes.
- Detect discrepancies throughout the supply chain using the CAQ system, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective measures.
- Coordinate immediate and long-term corrective actions with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Assess suppliers' 8D reports and categorize suppliers and components based on established quality criteria. Collaborate closely with the Supplier Quality Specialist from the relevant product division.
- Address customer and supplier grievances and resolve technical challenges independently.
- Facilitate feasibility studies within cross-functional teams and provide necessary training to staff and suppliers.
- Possess a degree in a technical discipline, a comparable qualification with substantial experience, or significant experience as a technician.
- Completed additional training as a Quality Management Manager along with other relevant certifications.
- Exhibit structured, independent, and proactive work habits, alongside strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Possess excellent knowledge of manufacturing technologies and quality management tools (e.g., FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D Method, Kaizen) and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with CAQ system Babtec and SAP/R3 is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required, with French language skills being a plus.
