Administrative Support Specialist

Job OverviewThe Team Assistant will provide administrative support to 3 Sales departments, working closely with Senior Managers to drive and coordinate the administrative landscape. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and updating sales management reports
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documentation
- Creating management presentations and reports for internal and external use
- Tracking and following up on daily tasks and business operations
- Managing and organizing Europe-wide meetings and events
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Time and travel management, as well as vacation planning and team attendance
- Following up on HR topics, including development plans, training, and talent cards
- Document and data management, including SharePoint and Teams folders
- Providing ad-hoc support
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Certified management or office assistant certification, or a Bachelor's degree in business administration or management
- 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to Sales Leadership Teams
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Advanced knowledge of computer, internet, and software applications, including MS Office, SAP PR2, and Concur
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment
- Ability to develop cohesive relationships with Sales Teams and internal stakeholders
- Fluent language skills in English and German, with knowledge of additional languages an advantage
