About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Manager to join our team at SongPush. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automation Design and Development: Design and develop automation workflows using Webhooks, REST API, or tools such as Zapier, Make, or Relay.
  • Integration and Automation: Integrate and automate processes within the CRM, Notion, Google Sheets, and other tools to streamline operations.
  • Collaboration and Optimization: Collaborate with department heads to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing workflows.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain automation processes to ensure seamless operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • CRM Setup and Optimization: Set up and optimize the CRM for both sides of the marketplace (advertisers and creators).
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices.
  • Documentation: Document all automation processes and create user-friendly guides for internal use.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in automation and workflow management using Webhooks, REST API, or tools such as Zapier, Make, or Relay.
  • Technical Skillset: Strong technical skillset and experience with CRMs, Notion, Google Sheets.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions, automations, and work-arounds.
  • Business Acumen: A business and entrepreneurial mind who understands which automations and new processes are needed and why.
  • Team Player: A team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
