Automation Process Manager

We are seeking an Automation Process Manager to oversee the setup and management of automations and processes across various departments using our comprehensive software stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Webhooks, REST API, or tools such as Zapier, Make, or Relay.
  • Integrate and automate processes within the CRM, Notion, Google Sheets, and other tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing workflows.
  • Monitor and maintain automation processes to ensure seamless operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Setup and optimize CRM for both sides of the marketplace (advertisers and creators).
  • Provide ongoing training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices.
  • Document all automation processes and create user-friendly guides for internal use.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in automation and workflow management using Webhooks, REST API, or tools such as Zapier, Make, or Relay.
  • Strong technical skillset and experience with CRMs, Notion, Google Sheets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions, automations, and work-arounds.
  • A business and entrepreneurial mind who understands which automations and new processes are needed and why.
  • A team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
