About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Amazon Deutschland E4 Transport GmbH as a Partner Executive, where you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our DSPs to help them overcome their biggest challenges, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Compliance: Partner with our Safety and Operations teams to ensure our DSPs are operating safely and in compliance with all regulations.
  • Performance Optimization: Work with our DSPs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with our DSPs to develop and implement business growth strategies, including identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our DSPs, providing them with guidance, support, and resources to help them succeed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between our DSPs and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to drive business results.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, operations).
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in operations, logistics, or account management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: C1+ level of English and German.
