Trainee-Programm E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d)

Wir sind Netto Digital, eine Tochter der Netto Marken-Discount Stiftung & Co. KG mit Bürositz in Regensburg. Wir positionieren uns als Shops für Preis-Leistungs-Sieger mit Food, Non-Food und Reisen. Wir machen mehr als 100 Mio. Euro Umsatz und setzen klar auf Wachstum.

Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen Ihre Unterstützung zur Begleitung unseres ambitionierten Kurses und zur Stärkung unserer Digital-Strategie. Wir verbinden Innovation, Agilität und Spaß mit den Werten einer der traditionsreichsten deutschen Handelsgesellschaften.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Planen und entwickeln Sie die Ausrichtung unserer Sortimente unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenbedürfnissen, Umsatz und Profitabilität.
  • Arbeiten Sie an der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung unserer Onlineshops mit und etablieren Sie digitale Tools.
  • Führen Sie verschiedene Analysen durch zur langfristigen Strategieentwicklung.
  • Übernehmen Sie nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitung frühzeitig die Verantwortung für ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet.
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreich absolviertes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
  • Interesse für den Handel.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Hohe Affinität im Umgang mit digitalen Tools.
  • Prozessorientierte, zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Motivation.
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Mobilität.
