E Drive GmbH is the backbone of the German e-mobility business, representing the brand E. We bring renewable energy to the road, supporting individuals and companies throughout Germany to travel in a clean, quiet, and affordable way using electromobility.

Your Responsibilities
  • Steer the first-level customer service for our Network Operating Centre (NOC), ensuring a positive customer experience when charging in the high-performance charging network of a large OEM.
  • Manage performance with our external and internal service center service providers, track KPIs, and initiate measures in case of deviations.
  • Define end-to-end processes within our NOC, ensuring smooth collaboration between the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level service organization.
  • Contribute to improving service quality and operational excellence.
  • Support the continuous growth of our eMobility business.
Your Profile
  • University degree in electrical engineering, business, or a comparable professional training.
  • Work experience in the eMobility industry or customer services industry.
  • Several years of experience in process improvements and steering customer service organizations.
  • Ability to problem-solve and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to contribute to a new business area.
